VHS glitch

Create a WordPress block that applies animated VHS glitch effects to cover images. In the editor, users select an image and configure glitch settings through sidebar controls. The frontend displays the image with authentic 1980s VHS tape degradation effects overlaid on top.

Include these visual effects: horizontal scan lines moving down the image, RGB color channel separation creating chromatic aberration, intermittent tracking error bands, flickering static noise overlay, ghosting trails on high-contrast edges, occasional horizontal hold shifts, and optional retro camcorder timestamp.

Provide sidebar controls to toggle each effect individually, adjust overall intensity from subtle to severe, control animation speed, set glitch frequency, and choose color schemes including standard VHS, black and white security cam, or warm home video. Include option to trigger effects on hover or play continuously.

Effects should loop smoothly with random intervals rather than constant glitching. Animation should be atmospheric and not overwhelming. The block transforms any cover image to appear as if viewed through an old VCR with worn tape and tracking issues.
